If you’re signed up via Direct Debit, we’ll automatically take next month’s payment when it’s due. If the payment fails, we’ll suspend work on your social media channels until the payment has cleared.

If you’re paying via an alternative method and you’re late in paying, we’ll suspend our services until the invoice has been paid.
